Monday Wishlist: How to Get Away With Murder

Hey kiddies! Just got back from spending a good 10 minutes trying to find my car in a huge hospital parking lot because I was too dumb to take note of my spot before I left XD

Anyway, it’s been a productive weekend. Got some brainstorming done for my ~Shiny New Project That Must Stay Secret For Now~ and it’s gearing up to be another fun and challenging write. Definitely going to use this for my NanoWrimo Project this year, though I’m going to have to figure out how to write a novel and write a dissertation at the same time. I’m sure I’ll make it work, right? RIGHT?

Thank God I’m not doing tutorials this year.

Anyway, after braving Toronto traffic, I’m so weary to the bones that I’m going to keep today’s wishlist short and sweet. So, what is it I’m wishing for this week?

I am so, so, so excited for Shonda Rhymes’ new TV show: HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER. I want the first episode NOW. It airs on Thursdays, after GREY’S ANATOMY and SCANDAL. I don’t watch Grey’s much except to stare at my handsome, actor-by-day-political-activist-by-night bae Jesse Williams, of course. But I do love SCANDAL despite it regularly annoying the hell out of me with its Olitz nonsense. I am so excited to see more black women leading television and Viola Davis has had some stellar and truthful things to say about how Hollywood treats women like her. Plus the story sounds phenomenal. All of this just makes me desperately want to watch this show. And Dean Thomas is in the show too and wtf he’s kind of hot??
